North East Bass Association of Connecticut

Welcome to the 2010 North East Bass Association of Connecticut fishing season newsletter. The 2010 Connecticut NEBA tournament trail will qualify for the 2011 Classic.

The officers for the 2010 season are:

The NEBA of Connecticut will have six (6) Team Invitational Tournaments this year plus the State Championship tournament. Enclosed you will find the 2010 Tournament Rules and 2010 Team Invitational Application.

Please make note of the following information requirements:

DUES: State Dues are $45.00 per member and $60.00 per Family Membership.
Dues must be paid with Tournament Application for the 2010 season
The Tournament entry fee remains at $100.00 per tournament.
NEBA must limit it’s tournaments to seventy-five(75)boats.

Tournament Applications will only be accepted if the following Four (4) items are adhered to:

1. All State Dues (minimum of $90.00 per team or $60.00 for Family Membership), must be enclosed with the application.
2. A minimum deposit of $25.00 per tournament, for all six (6) tournaments and the Championship must be enclosed with the 2010 NEBA of Conn. Application. (7 x $25.00 = $175.00). The balance of $75.00 is due 14 days prior to each tournament.
3. The Tournament Application must be completely filled out and signed by both anglers or it will be returned.
4. The Certificate of Insurance policy(ies) for the tournament boat(s) is due and must be postmarked no later than 14 days prior to the first tournament. All policies must have a minimum liability of $300,000.00, no exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: All Lake Candlewood tournaments will start at 8 am from Squantz Cove,(no one will be allowed to Leave Lattins Cove area before 7 am), and you will be assigned which ramp to launch from. Please send all monies, for example dues, applications etc. to
