Welcome to the 2016 North East Bass Association of Connecticut
& CBN/NEBA TCT fishing season newsletter. The 2016 Connecticut NEBA
tournament trail will qualify for the 2017 Classic.

The NEBA of Connecticut will have six (6) Team Invitational Tournaments
this year. Enclosed you will find the 2016 NEBA & CBN/NEBA Team Championship
Trail Tournament Rules and 2016 Team Invitational Application & New,
for 2016, Champlain Two Day Information and Classic Payouts.
Please make note of the following information requirements:
DUES: State Dues are $50.00 per member and $60.00 per Family Membership
if fishing NEBA only. State Dues are $75.00 per member and $110.00 per Family
membership if fishing both NEBA & CBN/NEBA TCT. (Includes the $5.00
a Tournament (5 x 6 = $30.00) to go to the winning Team for Travel Expenses.)
Dues must be paid with Tournament Application for the 2015 season
The Tournament entry fee is $120.00 per tournament.
NEBA must limit it’s tournaments to seventy-five (75) boats.
Tournament Applications will only be accepted if the following Four (4)
items are adhered to:
1. All State Dues of $100.00 per team or $60.00 for Family Membership
if fishing NEBA only. State Dues are $150.00 per team and $110.00 per Family
membership if fishing both NEBA & CBN/NEBA TCT must be enclosed with
2. A minimum deposit of $25.00 per tournament, for all six (6) tournaments
must be enclosed with the 2015 NEBA of Conn. Application. (6 x $25.00 =
$150.00). The balance of $95.00 is due 14 days prior to each tournament.
3. The Tournament Application must be completely filled out and signed by
both anglers or it will be returned.
4. The Certificate of Insurance policy (ices) for the tournament boat(s)
is due and must be postmarked no later than 14 days prior to the first tournament.
All policies must have a minimum liability of $300,000.00, no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: All Lake Candlewood tournaments will start at 7 am from Squantz
Cove if under 35 boats, will launch at 8am if using both launches (no one
will be allowed to Leave Lattins Cove area before 7 am), and you will be
assigned which ramp to launch from. Please send all monies, dues, tournament
