Secretary’s Report:
1. Need copies of club rosters.
2. Dues need to be turned in by the February 23 meeting.

Treasurer’s Report:
Financial Information not published on the Web.
We voted to give the Sportsmans Club $200 for letting us use their facilities. Also voted to give Ray Petlzman $180 for keeping up our web page

President’s Report:
Dave is still gathering data to bring to the Selectman regarding the use of the Memorial Beach ramp and the new insurance requirements and fees. Our current policy does not have all of the required coverage but to do so would be very costly.

Tournament Report:
Paul has been speaking with folks at Point Breeze as a possible launch site for our May tournament. All of the permits are in with the exception of Webster and Bellows Falls but we expect to see Bellows Falls shortly. Dave/Paul spoke with the folks at the Every Day Inn which is located 1.5 miles from the Bellows Falls ramp. The folks agreed to reserve all 30 rooms for our TOC from Wednesday(Sept. 16) through Friday(Sept. 18).

Old Business:
Nominations were held at the last meeting and the officers have stayed the same.

Lisa Sullivan has also agreed to stay on as our tournament chef.

New Business:
Weed Hawg anglers asked about the possibility of associate members competing at their club events. After further discussion it was agreed that for $35 a person could compete as an associate member at one club or trail event per season. If they want to compete in more than one event they need to pay the additional $20 to become a full member.
