Secretary’s Report:
1. Sent Dave Membership card file so he can create new cards
2. Paul is going to work on getting Neba hats

President’s Report:
Dave settled our insurance policy issues and
we have now resigned with our current provider. Their records showed
us having 240 members. Dave updated that to 110 so our cost is almost
half at around $900.
Worcester show-March 29th and 30th- Dave will be bringing trail forms. We are going to raffle off a free entry fee for every tournament as well as a free one day Neba membership for each winner. Dave will post this info on various fishing web sites. Tickets will be $2 each, 10 for $10 or 25 for $20-The drawing will be held Sunday afternoon before the show closes.
Workers for the show are:
Saturday-Paul, Art, Tom
Sunday-Dave, John and possibly Paul again
Hours are Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-4
Dave and Paul are going to take a ride to the Ticonderoga area next week to find a suitable ramp for us as well as possible lodging with their gas and lunch to be paid for by Neba.
Dave mentioned purchasing a portable grill to be used at each trail event for cooking hot dogs. Dave will also bring coolers to each event with water and soda to which he will be reimbursed.
Sponsors-Bobs is back on board as well as Bay State Lures. We are not sure of Wood Boat and Motor or Klems. We are going to ask Chuck to speak with Klems. Lunkers is probably gone as they were the big supporter for our youth day. Tony is talking to Interstate Batteries.
Youth events-if clubs decide to do youth events please let us know and we help fund it.
Tournament Report:
We created a task list for all of the tournaments. We still need help with parking and pulling out boats.
