We also are going to give them tackle bags that were prepared and left
over from last years Youth Day at Buffumville. Dave was reimbursed for
purchasing the grill to be used at all of our tournaments. Tony mentioned
he is holding a fishing day for disabled children and we gave him $100
from the youth fund to purchase live bait and whatever else he needed.
Paul asked for $100 each for raffle items to be purchased from Bobs Place
and Bay State Lures respectively
Youth events-if clubs decide to do youth events please let us know and we help fund it.
Tournament Report:
Webster was a huge success. There were a lot of faces there we have
not seen in a while. Thanks to all who came and to the folks that worked
the event and especially our cook. The food is provided by Neba but we
will have a donations bin at the remaining tournaments.
Paul has arranged for some special parking for the Shirley event. The parking area is in a field across the street. There will be parking attendants there to help you park. The spaces near the ramp will be used by the workers. The ramp fee will be $7.00. We will be beaching our boats for the weigh in and to have some food and then once you are finished you can pull your boats out. Thanks to Paul for looking into this. Please remember to pre register for this event if you plan on coming.
We are currently looking into overflow parking for Quaboag and Manchaug
