NEBA of Massachusetts 2015 State Finals Entry Form

There are still a few rooms left at the Roadway Inn. I believe they may be just Queen rooms but you can bring a cot or a blow-up bed should you need to use those rooms. I hope everyone has booked their lodging needs.

Please find attached the State finals entry form. Yes, you need to register so we know who is coming. You have till the Quinsig event to hand these in or mail them. This means the deadline to register is August 23rd. Fees this year are all mandatory fees. Please include payment with form. As always, to qualify you and your partner need to have fished 3 events or be a club member in good standing. You can mix and match teams using the EES as long as you meet the 3 event minimum or fish with a club member in good standing.

We try to make this a fun week. Anything you can do to bring good weather would be appreciated!

Remember, the tournament is launching from Hoyt’s Landing in Springfield, VT – 1 exit North of the Roadway Inn. You can use the Bellows ramp for practice.

All details and event flow will be discussed at the Mandatory Thursday dinner/meeting.

Here is the flow for the week:

Our Caterer has some health issues that will prevent her from doing our banquet. They tried to find someone else in the area but were unable to thus we are modifying things a little this year. There is a Mandatory team dinner on Thursday Sept 10th at 6:00pm at the host hotel parking lot (Roadway Inn). It will be a pizza & adult beverage feed. This is where we go over the rules, draw numbers and explain the flow of the event .

Friday dinner will be a meat and potato dinner, tossed salad, rolls, dessert and coffee at the American Legion. This meal begins at 5:30pm and you can go anytime from 5:30-6:45pm it is open seating in the hall. Just have a seat and the nice people of the Legion will bring you food.
