After last year's battle with porn postings I have found a newer program that will hopefully be less susceptable to that kind of nonsense.

Upon Entering the message board register, login, and click on NEBA Forum, then click on any message to see its details and responses. If you wish to reply to a message open the message and click on the reply button.

If you would like to create a new message click on the new thread button.
